    3. Use threads to respond directly to specific messages. This makes following the various slack messages easier to follow.

    4. Also tag anyone anytime you are corresponding with them or replying to a thread, so it shows up in their mentions inbox. This will make it easier for everyone to find things.

  2. Immediate Action Item – Send Chris information needed for setting you up as a 1099 contractor in a private message in slack which includes:

    1. Social security number or EIN

    2. Bank account number

    3. Bank routing number

    1. After receiving the email invitation, accept the invite.

    2. While in the setup mode, install the chrome extension and enable permissions for Monday.com, asana and email.

    3. You can start a timer to log time as you’re working on a task by clicking the play button at the top and then filing in the task and project. When you’re finished you just select the stop icon button.

    4. You can also manually add time worked by clicking add time entry

    2. You will be tasked in Monday.com for any tasks for Michael Lenox’s projects.

    3. Statuses and how to use them:

      1. Stuck – change to stuck if you’re at a stopping point and can’t proceed

      2. Working on it – when you are in the process of working on the task

      3. In review – once you’ve completed and Chris needs to review

      4. Done – once that task is officially reviewed and complete

    4. The description of each task is where you will receive your instructions for said task.

    5. When starting work on a task, make sure to select “start timer”. This appears above all the updates on the updates tab of the task. When work is complete select “stop timer”. This will import your time worked directly into TMetric.

    6. In the updates tab you can comment. This is where you will ask questions or provide updates. You should start a new thread whenever it’s about a different question or update. This way we can keep the various discussion points limited to their own threads and keep it organized.

    4. In airtable, this is where you will get the date to be published and the media file via google drive. link.
    5. Once you have published the podcast episode, change the status to Posted.

    1. Have Chris send you the login information from LastPass. 
    2. At the bottom of the page click Sign In
    3. Then select the three dots in the username field to insert the username; to the same thing for the password field. This will fully log you in.
    4. After this, follow instructions on the Creating a Podcast Episode SOP

    2. Procedures > For Admins is where you will include or view any SOP's specific to operations for Simple Business Solutions
    3. Client SOP's is where you will include or view any SOP's specific to operations for the clients of Simple Business Solutions
    4. In any of the folders, click on the black "New Article" button to create a new SOP article. Once finished click save to allow Chris to review before it goes live. Once approved click Publish.
    5. If you need to edit any of the SOP's click the "Edit" button to make any needed changes. Then once all changes are complete click save, then click publish.
