Website Wrap Up
Mark the WP Files code repository as “inactive”
Remove the gitium plugin
Mark the Child Theme code repository as “inactive”
Remove the project from your local git repository
If it’s a wordpress site and the client will no longer be hosted with us
Remove the mainwp and updraft plus plugins from the site
Capture a full back-up of the website
Client Feedback
Send the client feedback survey
Include a request for testimonials
Reach out to the client after 5, 7, and 14 days respectively if there is no response
If there is no response after 14 days, submit the report and indicate that there were no survey responses
Include the results in the next section
Reporting
Send a report to chris@simplebusinesssolutions.org with the following information:
A report of all time spent on the project over all time
The service type (hourly, monthly retainer, etc
The client satisfaction survey
ADMIN: Enter this into the airtable for client logging and determine average $<hr.
Client Offboarding
If we will be working with the client on additional projects, these steps do not apply.
Deactivate the client’s slack account
Set the client to “Deactivated” in the client list.
Modify the client’s group in the Simple Business Solutions list in Mailchimp.
Move the client’s BitBucket repositories to the “INACTIVE” team.
